How the Partnership Works

When schools join the 360 Network, they gain access to central office systems and shared resources that support long-term success.

Your school maintains its leadership and local identity while benefiting from professional support in key operational areas.

The network helps school leaders focus on students, teaching, and community impact while the central office manages many of the administrative systems.

Key Reminders for Schools

A few important requirements to keep in mind as you process student enrollments in EMA this season:

✅ School Compliance First Your school must be verified by the FLDOE and have tuition and fees confirmed by Step Up before any student can be enrolled in EMA. Step Up is reviewing school statuses multiple times daily — check your status regularly.
📋 Enrollment is a Two-Step Process Enrollment is not complete until it has been submitted by the school and approved by the parent or guardian. Send enrollment requests promptly so families have time to confirm.
⚠️ Public School Enrollment Warning Students found to be enrolled full-time in a Florida public school will forfeit their scholarship for the entire year. Encourage families who are transitioning from public school to submit a Standard Withdrawal Form to their district and retain a copy.
How to Enroll Students in EMA
1
Collect 2026–27 Award IDs. Remind families that Award IDs change every year — last year's IDs will not work. Families find their current ID on their Step Up dashboard.
2
Log into EMA and click the "Enrollments" tab. Select the 2026–27 school year from the drop-down to begin.
3
Add students by searching individually with "Find Students" or uploading a CSV file of Award IDs via "Import Students."
4
Verify each student's start date, grade, and tuition schedule, then click "Send Enrollment Requests." Parents must approve to complete the process.
